This year, Carnival UK is proud to mark 10 years of partnering with ORCA, a leading marine conservation charity that is dedicated to the long-term study and protection of whales and dolphins and their ocean habitats worldwide.
How we work together
Together, we’re helping build a clearer picture of where whales and dolphins live and travel. Data collected on board our ships feeds directly into conservation policy, supporting protections at both national and international level.
Our ships enable ORCA to carry out important research in remote parts of the ocean that wouldn’t otherwise be possible. Together, we go beyond compliance to help strengthen protections and keep the marine habitats we sail through safe.
Our crew play an integral role in this. Through ORCA’s training and engagement, they are empowered to spot, record and help protect marine life – turning their time on board into a powerful force for conservation.
