The excitement was high onboard Arvia during the crossing as crew came together for the ship’s first-ever online Counter‑Strike competition.
This thrilling event united colleagues from across multiple departments including Food & Beverage, Deck, Technical, and Hotel, transforming downtime into an action-packed showcase of teamwork, strategy, and friendly rivalry.
The competition was made possible by the IT Team onboard, with outstanding hosting by the IT Officer and HR Officer Mheg Miranda, whose dedication and coordination ensured smooth gameplay throughout the event. Special thanks also go to the Social Welfare Committee (SWC) for their continued support in making engaging onboard activities possible.
More than just a game, this event strengthened interdepartmental connections and boosted morale, making it a highlight of life onboard during the crossing. With such an enthusiastic turnout and positive feedback, this inaugural tournament has truly set the stage for more exciting onboard activities to come!
