Queen Mary 2 honoured its 704 Filipino crew members with a day full of celebration and delicious food!

The culinary team, led by Chef James, prepared a special dinner featuring traditional Filipino dishes such as adobo and leche flan. All the crew had a chance to try these traditional dishes and share in the festivities.

The celebrations continued into the evening with the production team and ship’s band organising an event in the crew bar, featuring live music and performances. The atmosphere reflected the energy of Filipino celebrations, with crew members joining in to sing and play alongside the band.

Thank you for sharing your celebrations with us Queen Mary 2! We hope all our teams across the fleet had the opportunity to mark Philippine Independence Day in their own meaningful ways.
