Following recent Disability Care Requirements policy updates, we received a number of questions and queries from travel agents, with bookings at risk of being cancelled. Sam was integral in supporting our agents through this change, was quick to find solutions, and helped to deliver an informative training webinar all about the new policy . The webinar was voted 99% beneficial, and agents are all reporting an uplift in confidence to talk to their customers about the changes. Thank you, Sam and congratulations!

You may remember a few months ago, we had some flooding here at Carnival House. Our winning team have been recognised for their incredible work behind the scenes to get the office back up and running again. They worked tirelessly to make sure the building was safe and accessible following the incident – all the while remaining positive and cheerful throughout. Congratulations!
