P&O Cruises was very proud to support the world premiere of Greatest Days at Leicester Square’s Odeon on 15 June 2023.
We sang along at Take That’s performance in Leicester Square Gardens and loved seeing the stars of the film walk the red carpet alongside director Coky Giedroyc. We had a great time watching interviews with Gary Barlow, Mark Owen and Howard Donald as well as the talented cast of the film before heading into the cinema.
The film adaptation of Greatest Days is especially exciting for us after we premiered the exclusive adaptation of the acclaimed West End Musical, The Band, on Arvia’s stage and have recently brought the show to Iona. The cast of Headliners Theatre Company has been hard at work bringing Tim Firth’s words to life in Greatest Days: The Official Take That Musical on board our Excel class ships.

Greatest Days follows five best friends who have the night of their lives seeing their favourite boy band in concert. Twenty-five years later their lives have changed in many ways as they reunite for one more epic show by their beloved band, to relight their friendship and discover that maybe their greatest days are ahead of them. Greatest Days is the feel-good, universal story of love and friendship featuring the hit songs of Take That. Gary Barlow, Mark Owen and Howard Donald are executive producers for the film.
