We’ve taken some time to pause and review our broader communications approach and consider what we might do differently in 2023.
We’ve heard through engagement survey comments and anecdotal feedback that you don’t always feel that you are getting the information you need, that information is shared via other corporate channels without context for Corporate Shipbuilding and that town halls can be too high level at times.
We’re introducing new Deep Dive sessions
To help answer the need for more detailed information, we’re going to offer the opportunity to learn more about a range of topics from subject matter experts in our new Deep Dive sessions. The sessions will last for a maximum of one hour and be optional to attend. We’re looking to be able to offer at least one Deep Dive session each month.
We want the topics to be of value to you, so if you have specific ones that you would like to see covered, please email your suggestions to communications@carnivalshipbuilding.com. We’re also planning to include speakers from within the corporation to share their knowledge and help broaden everyone’s understanding of other areas. The first three sessions have been planned as follows:

Please note that the timing for some of the sessions is based around speaker availability and their respective time zones. Where possible we will vary the timings to enable as many people as possible to attend.
We will continue to add to the schedule and as we do, we will update this calendar – everyone will also be sent the Outlook meeting invites to all sessions.
