 About Jo

Jo is an Executive Menopause Coach and founder of What the Fog?, a menopause hub which focuses on empowerment and education.

“In 2019 I discovered my real passion when I realised the impact menopause is having on people in the workplace and on the workplace itself.  At that point I knew I had found my true purpose!”

Jo will be joining us to bust myths and discuss issues around sleep that can occur during perimenopause and menopause. We’ll be finding out why it happens and what we can do about it.

Everyone is welcome, whether you’re experiencing symptoms, or you’d like to find out more about how you can support a friend or family member. So come along, bring a hot drink, and we’ll provide the cake!

Supporting you to have a #GoodDayAtCUK

We want menopause to be talked about openly and without embarrassment. Menopause is a natural part of life, and it isn’t always an easy transition for all, but with the right support it can be much better. Take a look at our Wellbeing hub for more information.
