In 2022 there were over 7000 cabins used for On Company Service (OCS) – which is when either a CUK colleague or contractor uses a guest cabin, which means it cannot be used to generate revenue.
On Wednesday 22nd February (in-person) and Monday 27th February (virtual) the OCS team will be holding an Open Day to help you get the most out of your OCS visits; and to give you the best tips on how to make commercially-minded requests.
So, what’s on offer?
- Find out how much 7000 cabins taken off sales cost the business in 2022
- Learn how you play a vital role in the commercial impact of visits
- You’ll need to use OCS Summary Sheets before planning a visit, come and find out what this is and how to use it
- What happens to gain approval for a critical visit when a cruise is closed to new requests
- …and much, much more.
