First of all thank you to everyone who took the time to nominate a colleague for our recent round of CCS Star Awards for 2022, we had a total of 33 nominations with several individuals receiving more than one nomination which is fantastic.
It’s great to see so many of you recognising others who are living and breathing our Culture Essentials. It was a tough decision to make but as we announced at the recent town hall, our winners are:
Francesca Clama (Monfalcone) for Communicate, Empower & Speak Up
Francesca received three nominations, recognising how she communicates, empowers and speaks up. One nomination talked of how Francesca takes the time to build a strong connection with each team member and another wanted to recognise the support she has given them whilst they were travelling abroad.
Massimo Giovanelli (Turku) for Communicate & Empower
Massimo received two nominations both recognising his efforts in taking on the leadership role in Turku and the build of Carnival Celebration in the latter stages once Marco relocated to China. Massimo’s nominations acknowledged his calm, positive and proactive attitude as well as going beyond the delivery in supporting with closing out several post-delivery items.
