Our shoreside Pulse and fleet Life on board surveys are now open. This is your opportunity to tell us what it feels like to work at Carnival UK (the good and the not so good) and to share your thoughts on how we can improve things for everyone.

The survey is completely confidential, so please feel free to be open and honest. Together with questions about our culture and how it feels to work here, you’ll also be asked about your ethnicity, sexuality, gender and age – these questions are purely to ensure that we’re offering an equally good experience to all groups of people. The information you share here will never be used to identify you.

Once the results are in, we’ll work with our shoreside Employee Experience Groups (EEGs) and ship’s Senior Management Team (SMT) to explore themes and evolve our ongoing action plans to make Carnival UK a better place to work. You’ll hear more on this over the coming months.
