First of all thank you to everyone who took the time to nominate a colleague for our first round of CCS Star Awards for 2022, we had a total of 30 nominations with some individuals receiving more than one nomination which is fantastic.
It’s great to see so many of you recognising others who are living and breathing our Culture Essentials. It was a tough decision to make but as we announced at the town hall last week, our winners were:
Stephan Bichowski (Respect & Protect and Communicate) – Stephan received a total of four nominations, all from different colleagues who praised his work ethic and the efforts that he makes to support the team. He is often the first point of contact for his colleagues.
Anya Parkhouse-Turner (Improve and Communicate) – Anya received two nominations which recognised her efforts in her role in the One Shipbuilding project and her ability to keep everyone focused on the task in hand and demonstrate her desire to improve the processes she is involved in.
