From today the annual benefits window will be open meaning you can select or make amends to your current benefit selection for Voluntary Dental Cover, Additional Employee Paid Life Cover and Private Medical Insurance/Dental Cover (where eligible) in the MyHR Portal.

The benefits window will close on 29 May.
Join us at the benefits fair
This week we’ll also be hosting a benefits fair on Wednesday and Thursday to give you all the opportunity to meet some of our benefit providers and find out more about all employee benefits on offer, from health cash plans, to cycle to work schemes, electric car schemes and all matters wellbeing.
Join us in the Atrium at Carnival House between 10am and 2pm on 18 and 19 May to find out more. To help you make the most of the day take a look at our main line up below.
- Join Medicash, our Health Cash Plan providers to find out more about one of our newest benefits on offer.
- Meet Legal and General, our pension providers, and ask them any questions you have about how to build up your pension pot or understand your options on retirement.
- Take a break from your desk and meet with Tusker, our Electric Car Scheme provider. They are bringing two exciting electric cars to explore and find out more about affordable ways to drive electric.
- Connect with Costco, our wholesale providers, who will be available to discuss their exclusive Costco club membership benefits.
- Join the Cycle Solutions Team on 19 May and be sure not to miss this opportunity to find out all you need to know about our special cycle to work scheme as well as explore a fantastic range of bikes!
- Talk with our Reward Team and People Support Team, who will be available to help colleagues with questions about benefits and support employees on how to access and amend benefits in MyHR Portal.
- Connect with the Wellbeing Team who can help you have a #GoodDayAtCUK

Did you know? All other benefits (i.e.: not Voluntary Dental Cover, Additional Employee Paid Life Cover and Private Medical Insurance/Dental Cover) can be selected or amended either during different times of the year or all year round.
You can also make one further change to Voluntary Dental Cover, Additional Employee Paid Life Cover and Private Medical Insurance/Dental Cover within a 12-month period outside of the annual benefits window if you have a ‘Life Event’. A life event is defined as getting married/entering a civil partnership, the birth/adoption of a child, the death of a spouse/civil partner/dependent.
