The countdown to moving your Box files to OneDrive continues! If you use Box you should have received an email earlier this week to let you know your migration date. If you haven’t please contact CUK Technology for further guidance.
As part of the OneDrive launch we’ll begin to synchronize your Desktop, Documents and Pictures folders starting from 18 February. This will be rolled out to everyone shoreside over the course of the next couple of weeks.
The above won’t impact any Network files and folders (e.g. department shared folders).
To make sure the move goes smoothly please…
- Clear out any unwanted files and take note of any files you have shared and review the OneDrive training here
- Please keep connecting to our VPN on a regular basis
- If you have anything stored on Box let us know if you won’t be in after your migration date using the Absent after Migration form – this will enable us to share files on your behalf.
