As the countdown to Azura’s return to service continues, we’re catching up with some of her incredible on-board team to find out a bit more about them and what they’re most looking forward to when Azura finally sets sail with guests on board.

Introducing; Aldrin James Nunez, Hotel Assistant.

Tell us a little bit about you…

Any top tips for the new ways of working and protocols on board?

My tops tips for the new ways of working and protocols on board is following the new rules that are implemented by the company such as social distancing, wearing of facemasks and washing hands at all times. Avoid crowded places, proper hygiene and sanitising your area if necessary for the safety of ourselves, colleagues and the company.”

How do you relax and look after your wellbeing after a busy day?

“I pamper myself by doing my skincare routine. Putting cleanser, soothing gel/moisturizer and facial mask on to maintain the radiant skin. I also do make up session with my colleagues or myself to practice my skill and I do really enjoy making everyone beautiful, especially myself. But the most important part for me to be relaxed is by contacting my family to see their smiles and knowing that they’re all safe and well.”

And finally…what are you most excited about returning to service?

“The most exciting part for me about returning service is that, I’ll be able to showcase again my pride, passion and personality to our beloved guests. I’m proud that I work and am part of P&O Cruises and Carnival. I’m excited that I’ll be able to engage with guests and help them feel comfortable by providing excellent customer service to exceed their expectations.”

Good luck to all colleagues on Azura as you return to service and create unforgettable holiday happiness. We know you’ll SHINE at everything you do!
