“I’m joining at a key time for the brand, with the comms for new projects starting in the new year and as the full fleet returns to service, PR will increasingly be a driving force.  I will be leading the PR and Social Media strategy globally, be responsible for ensuring all markets are coordinated and for activation of all UK activity. I’ve worked at many of the top London PR agencies, with brands such as Rolls Royce, Corinthia hotel and Air New Zealand, and for the past eight years at the Swatch Group, most recently as Department Head, PR & Social Media for Swatch itself. I have always been passionate about luxury, travel & communications. At school I was on the debating committee and read Psychology at Goldsmiths then Journalism at Birkbeck. Over the years I have enjoyed a variety of solo trips with a taste of luxury including to India, Vietnam, Cambodia and Kenya. I am a natural relationship builder with a large black book of media, industry contacts and have a strong understanding of the luxury environment, clients and standards. In previous roles I’ve contracted and optimised international talent including Andy Murray, Jennifer Lopez, Sarah Jessica Parker, All Blacks and Kim Jones as well as managing personal PR for senior business stakeholders. I am excited to be part of the family building and sustaining the success of Cunard through PR and social media at these monumental times”.

Zoe Jones, PR & Social Media Director, Cunard

“I have recently  joined as the ePMO planning manager. In my previous role I built up and ran a PMO team, enjoying the challenges that project work brings and how every project is different. I hope to use my knowledge and experience gained over my career so far, to succeed in making our clients have an unforgettable holiday experience. I enjoy being a team player, and am really looking forward to being part of the Carnival team. In my personal life I am very much a family person and spend most of my spare time with my partner and twin boys”.

Emma Blair, ePMO planning Manager
