To support our hybrid approach to working, we’ve changes the Carnival House car parking system.
First of all, anyone who previously had a parking space in the Undercroft, BSA or the Academy will still have a space, however we would like to be able to reallocate unused spaces to other colleagues on the days those people are not in the office.

The spreadsheet details the current allocated spaces and a waiting list area to sign up if you would like a space on a particular day:

What we need you to do
· Employees with allocated spaces – on the parking spaces tab of the above spreadsheet, please update which days you will be using your space by 4pm each Thursday – you just need to delete your name from the spaces in the grey area for any days that you won’t be in. This will make the box turn green and will indicate that it’s available for reallocation.
· Employees wanting to register for a space – anyone who doesn’t have a space and would like to register, simply put your name in the waiting list area (white cells), you just need to select your name from the drop down for any days you intend to be in the office and would like to be added to the pool of any unused spaces, please complete this by 4pm each Thursday.
· Please do not put your name in the green boxes. Each Thursday we will reallocate any empty spaces to those on the waiting list and confirm to all who have spaces for the following week. If you need a last minute space, please email rhian.cardon@carnivalshipbuilding.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Important
· Spaces will be allocated on a weekly basis and in as fair a way as possible to give everyone the opportunity to make use of spaces that are available.
