Today is a truly milestone moment. In just a few hours Ventura is welcoming guests on board. For the very first time in over 18 months she’ll be creating unforgettable holiday happiness, and colleagues on board will once again have the opportunity to SHINE in everything they do.
As Ventura’s ships company makes the final preparations before guest embarkation begins, we catch up with one final colleague.

Any top tips for the new ways of working and protocols on board?
“Be open to change. Take everything that’s new positively. Take notes where you can, it’s all new.”
How do you relax and look after your wellbeing after a busy day?
“I like watching movies, hitting the gym or unwinding with my friends and colleagues in the HUB crew lounge.”
And last but not least, the big question… what are you most excited about returning to service?
“I am most excited about seeing the first guests walk up the gangway which will make us whole again. Also, I cannot wait to meet all our regular cruisers/guests who love coming to the reception for chats. We as crew really feel cared for when our guests visit us just to see how our day is going!.”
