Hi my name’s Beth and I’ve been working for the travel industry for seven years. Previously I worked on Liveaboards and on shore as a Scuba Diving and Free Diving Instructor! I’m excited to learn more about the cruise industry and to work alongside you all!
Hi my name’s Beth and I’ve been working for the travel industry for seven years. Previously I worked on Liveaboards and on shore as a Scuba Diving and Free Diving Instructor! I’m excited to learn more about the cruise industry and to work alongside you all!I previously worked for CUK for 15 years, starting as a Princess Cruise Consultant in the Contact Centre in 2005 and eventually multi-branding for P&O, Cunard and Seabourn. In 2008 I became a Senior Cruise Consultant (Deputy Team Leader), which evolved into a Customer Solutions Executive.
I joined the Guest Relations Team in 2010, covering both Cunard and P&O. I specialised in medical complaints from 2015 until being approached to handle complaints for an online GP service in August 2020. However, after going on a mini-cruise on board Iona in August I realised how much I missed working for CUK, my colleagues and of course the fabulous ships! – Mandy Wheeler
