Whilst we understand that hosting and participating in a Zoom meeting is not supported by all parts of the Corporation, Carnival UK’s IT Department has implemented a number of security measures within its UK Corporate Zoom licences that make the participation in a Carnival UK hosted Zoom meeting safe and secure.
As part of our continued efforts to support the Corporation’s cash conservation strategy, the majority of our UK team has access to the free version of Zoom, with only a small number of team members having pro-licence accounts. The benefits of a pro-licence include:
- Meetings over 40 minutes
- Record the meeting
- Delegate hosting rights to another pro-licence holder
- Limitation of 200 attendees (max 100 for the free version)
If you are planning a meeting whereby you feel you will need any of the above functionality, please contact one of the people below. They will be able to set up a meeting on your behalf and send you the link that you can share with your attendees. Please note that only one Zoom call, per account, can take place at any one time:
