As part of our preparations for a return to Carnival House, Karine has been busy making sure our area is ready and desks are fully equipped for us all.
We’re sure there will be a mix of nerves and excitement at returning to the office so during her visit, Karine took some helpful photos to allow the rest of us to know what to expect.
Office plan / available desks
The plan below of the office can be seen via the Condeco booking system and allows you to see what desks are bookable, available and already booked. There is a ‘find a colleague’ function which helps you book an available desk near another colleague who has already booked.
Desk set up
All desks are equipped with monitor, keyboard, mouse and docking station. Depending on the desk, the set up is slightly different. For the larger desks in the technical area of the office, there will either be one 32” screen or two 27” screens.
The banks of straight desks have two 24” screens.
IMPORTANT: do not remove / move items from the desk you have booked. If something is missing then please contact IT.
Moving around the office
One way systems have been set up to enable social distancing, this includes stairwells, please ensure you follow them. They are clearly marked with arrows on the floor to guide you.
Our breakout is still available to use with free drinks vending machine, one large fridge, a zip tap for cold and hot drinkable water, a sink and dishwasher. Only one person at a time now!
