The countdown is on! As Iona prepares to set sail on her maiden cruise, we’ve been catching up with a few of our colleagues on board to hear their stories.
Say hello to Jerileen De Guzman, Head Waiter:
Hi, my name is Jerileen. I started working at sea in 2008 as a waitress and I’m now a Head Waiter on board Iona.
Hi, my name is Jerileen. I started working at sea in 2008 as a waitress and I’m now a Head Waiter on board Iona.I am the eldest of four siblings and my family is from Manilla in the Philippines. I started working at sea as I always wanted to travel, see lots of new places and meet people from around the world.
As a Head Waiter on board Iona, I will be looking after the Epicurean Restaurant. I love showcasing what Epicurean has to offer to our guests; great service, great ambience and fine dining at its best!”
