We’re excited to introduce brand new online pocket planners for our Guests, when they’re on board, with P&O Cruises My Holiday, and Cunard’s My Voyage!
When we return to service My Holiday and My Voyage will help our Guests personalise their holidays just the way they like it. While they’ll still be able to use our pre-booking sites before they join, once on board these online companions will enable Guests to customise their bookings in real time on their own device (mobile or tablet) from the comfort of wherever they are on ship. What’s even better – it’s free to use.
Both My Holiday and My Voyage support our new health and well-being protocols, giving Guests the peace of mind that we’ll be doing everything we can to make sure they still enjoy an incredible holiday. There are plenty of features available to our Guests including:
- Viewing on-board transactions at the touch of a button
- Making a dining reservation in advance at a time that suits our Guests
- Virtual queuing (meaning more time to enjoy themselves while we prepare their table)
- Checking their online diaries for a reminder of Guests’ pre-booked activities
- Link to SeaConsult for medical assistance
- Browse and book shore experiences
And what’s even more exciting is that we’ll be adding even more new features as we continue to roll out the planners such as pre-booking entertainment venues and the ability to view sample menus for restaurants and bars.
We wanted to share this exciting news with you first. We’ll then be sharing more with our P&O Cruises Guests at 15:00 today, with further information being shared with our Cunard Guests later in the month.
Trying them out for yourself
My Holiday and My Voyage will be available to all Guests, including those of you with concession bookings, giving you the chance to try out the exciting new features yourselves. When viewing your on-board account you’ll even see your staff discount!
We’re also hoping to have our new on-board app ready for our test cruises but this is still to be confirmed so we’ll keep you informed on any updates.
We even have a version for our crew
As well as supporting the new health and well-being protocols on board for our Guests we wanted to make sure we’re able to do the same for our crew. That’s why, as our ships return to service, we’ll be introducing a similar platform which will be free for ship’s company to access on their devices, called My Tour! While the features will be slightly different it’ll still help our ships’ company get access to some of the online tools they need as well as help reduce congestion around the ship. We’ll be sharing more on this as we roll it out.
As you know it’s not long now until we get back to doing what we do best, creating unforgettable holiday happiness for our Guests, and these new pocket companions will certainly help us do just that.
