This is our first pulse survey and is a much shorter version of the employee engagement survey that you may have completed in December 2020. The main purpose of the pulse survey is to ensure we can get a sense of how everyone is feeling.
In line with our Culture Essentials, we would like to encourage you to speak up and give your open and honest feedback when completing the survey so that we can use the feedback to build on the positives and make improvements where necessary.

To minimise the overlap with the recent corporate survey, our pulse survey has opened today and will close on Friday 2 July.
We will share the high level results with you during July, once the survey is closed and we have collated the data. Deeper dive sessions by department will then take place after that.
