Captain Martin Allen delivered a presentation, sharing examples of behaviours in real scenarios, to help crew gain a good understanding of each Culture Essential and the behaviours which surround them.

We’ve been regularly promoting the Culture Essentials with the Operational team members so they can explore the opportunities to use these behaviours and language while communicating with their teams, working towards creating a culture that we can all be proud of.

The event was attended by crew members who have now completed their full quarantine period.
