Today (Monday 15 March) marks the start of the sixth and final stage of the Tour de Corporate Shipbuilding, and for many of the participants, the end is in sight. There is just the short distance of 3510KM between the teams and the final finish line in Shanghai, with four weeks to get there.
The Tour has been a game of two halves, the Flat Tyre Pirates (FTPs) and the Shipbuilding Shufflers have dominated the top of the leader board at every stage. The second half of the leaderboard has been a close run battle between Speedy Gonzalez’ and Team Phoenix.
Will this final stage see a new yellow jersey winner? Will the FTPs finally get a flat tyre? Will the Shufflers actually slow down to a shuffle? Will Speedy Gonzalez live up to their name? And will Team Phoenix finally rise from the ashes? Watch this space, it’s all to play for!
