This year has certainly highlighted the importance of wellbeing and why we need to prioritise it. As we enter the winter months and colder, darker evenings, how we look after ourselves has a massive impact on how we feel and can even lead to some of us experiencing the ‘winter blues’.

‘Managing challenges to our wellbeing’
