Our mindset can change the way we think, act and interact, but how can you keep your mindset in check?
This year has been challenging for everybody for many different reasons. Its difficult to stay positive when everything around you is so uncertain however there are skills that can be learned that help us to override what is often a default negative reaction.
Tuesday 24 November – 14:00 – Maintaining a positive mindset
Join Susie Bennett from ‘Think Wellbeing’ for a mindset sessions on how to;
- Achieving a positive mindset
- Embrace uncertainty
- Reframe your thinking
- Manage change
In addition, Susie will also be hosting a separate session focussing on mindset through the winter months. With winter on the horizon and the evenings getting darker, for some people this can be a challenging time as it’s naturally harder to stay positive and cheerful when the seasons change.
Thursday 26 November – 10:00 – Coping with the winter blues
Join Susie for a session focussed on developing skills to help you cope with feeling blue and how to challenge your own patterns of thinking to manage this time of the year more effectively. The session will include;
- Coping with the winter blues
- Mental health in modern society
- Being comfortable with challenge
- Choosing the way of the stoic
