EEG are back!
After a couple months away EEG have reformed and are here to focus on engagement. We have had some new members join us too so we would like to introduce you to them. Remember you can contact any representative from any department!
What do we do?
The EEG’s aim is to compliment our eNPS Pulse surveys which help to identify focus areas. We will enable people to elaborate on those points between surveys and share the stories behind the data. All feedback will be treated confidentially and communicated to the ELT with the intention of making everyone happier in the workplace.
Meet the Reps
Sue Still – Technology
I have been working for Carnival for 18 months in the Identity & Access Management team under Security
, Risk and Compliance. Since joining, I have been really impressed by how Carnival looks after its people and cares for their welfare. I wanted to volunteer for the SSO EEG team to make a difference and bring even more positive change to our area. I believe that people are one of our greatest assets and they are what makes the company great. But there is always room for improvement and that is what we are here for, to make those improvements. So if you have ideas or would like to speak in confidence about something, please get in touch and let us make Carnival an even better place to work.
Anita van den Broek – Technology
I have been working for Carnival as an IT Project Manager since April 2019. I am really enjoying working for Carnival. I went on my first cruise last December, we had a great time and cant wait to go again! Outside of work, I enjoy a variety of creative arts, especially photography and photo/video editing. I am really pleased to be a SSO EEG member and look forward to working together to look at ways to enhance our organisation further.
Laura Delcie Davies – On Board Revenue, Insight and Data Science
I’ve been with Carnival coming up to 3 years now and currently a part of the On Board Revenue Team. I am an advocate for wanting to continue to create a positive, inclusive, open culture to work within. Ensuring that everyone has equal voice and enjoyment within their working environment
I am a Personal Cruise Advisor within the contact centre, also new to the group. My aim is to get the changes and views that are wanted by the employees of Carnival heard and hopefully make some positive changes.

Jessica Biggerstaff – Contact Centre
I have been with Carnival UK for nearly 7 years and have loved every minute! If you ask anyone what the best thing about working here is, they will always say the people and that’s why we need to look after them. I have just started a new role which is all about the Contact Centre Operations (CCO) people and how we can make CUK an even better place to work. I’m excited to be representing such a large part of SSO and hope that together, we can make a difference.
I have worked for CUK for 4 years in September, and have been part of the resourcing team recruiting for both P&O Cruises and Cunard across the Guest Experience department. In additional to the recruitment activities of the department I have played an instrumental role in the creation of the social media platforms for P&O Cruises recruitment. I am currently on sabbatical leave but looking forward to returning at the end of the year.
Away from work I love watching football and support my home town team AFC Bournemouth, although we won’t talk about their current situation. I also enjoy beach walks, and cruising! I have managed to cruise 4 times in the 4 years I have been here, and have another planned for next year!
Kevin Cheung – Newbuild and Hotel Refit
