As was mentioned at the recent town hall, we know that with so many people working remotely, and less frequent travel, we’re missing those informal and natural connection points.
We would like to trial a new initiative to try and develop some online informal discussions and chats, our ‘Have lunch with…’ concept. There will be no PowerPoint slides, and no formal agenda, just a broad range of topics, chosen by you and other colleagues joining you.
The sessions will be jointly led by a member of the Exec Team and a member of the Leadership Team. Depending on demand, we’ll try to keep groups fairly small to ensure there is good discussion and everyone who wants to, gets the opportunity to be involved.
So we can gauge interest levels in this concept, and who you would like to ‘Have lunch with…’, please could we ask that you click here and complete a short survey. This will help us to plan the right sessions for those that are interested. Please could we ask that you complete the survey by no later than close of business on Tuesday 25 August 2020.
Once we have collated your responses, we’ll look to start sharing some dates and times with you for the first sessions.
