We’re looking for additional members to join our Shared Services Employee Experience Group, to represent your teams and provide a voice for our people.
This is a really exciting opportunity to represent your colleagues and shape the future of Shared Services.
As an Employee Experience group representative, you will play an active role in exploring and voicing the opinions and ideas of your colleagues to make Carnival UK a great place to work. You will show commitment and passion in putting forward suggestions and influencing to make change happen. You will seek feedback from your colleagues to ensure actions are having the desired effect on the employee experience and our goal to be Travel’s Employer of Choice.
In return, this role will provide a great opportunity to raise your profile across Shared Services and Carnival UK and to work closely with the Shared Services Leadership Team.
Our business has undergone huge change over the last few months and will feel very different in the months to come; you will play a pivotal part in engagement and supporting key activities such our pulse survey in September and our ways of working, continuing to embrace the virtual world.
