The sun was shining down, the water sparkling and QV providing the perfect backdrop to the Continuous Improvement’s Away Day earlier this week.
Since March we’ve only seen each others heads and shoulders, so it was a treat to see some knees and toes as well as we headed down to Mayflower Park for our first time together in months.
Socially-distanced team meetings are a fantastic way to keep connected with your teams and get out of the home office, especially while the weather is so nice.
Tips on how to meet your team safely:
- If outside, why not choose a park or somewhere where there is enough space to socially distance
- To save bringing laptops, why not prepare slides which people can have on their phones or print out
- Discuss the day’s agenda beforehand with your team
