This week we have gone for a more creative approach, baking!
It seems as though lots of you have been picking up baking in your time at home so why not share with us your skills and talents? This week’s challenge is to bake something with a nautical theme, this could be decorated cupcakes or bread in the shape of an anchor.

To make life even easier we have prepared for you an ‘Easy cupcake’ recipe:
Ingredients:
6oz self-raising flour
6oz butter
6oz caster sugar
3 eggs
teaspoon baking powder
Method:
Pre-heat oven at 180 degrees Celsius.
Mix all ingredients and pour into cupcake cases.
Bake for 15 minutes, remove from oven and leave to cool.
Once cool, decorate using ready to roll sugar paste icing, icing sugar, coloured writing icing tubes etc
