If you or anyone in your household has symptoms of COVID-19 (a cough, fever, shortness of breath or a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste) you should not visit the office and stay home for a precautionary 14 day period.

1. Requesting collection

1.1 Use the collection form (located on The Insider).  Please complete the form in full and use the floor plans located on The Insider to highlight desk reference, cupboard, locker, etc

1.2 Once complete the form will be forwarded by email (by clicking ‘Submit’ button) to the Facilities team for action

On receipt of the form, Facilities will collate requests by floor and area.

1.3 Please book a collection time using the ‘CH Personal Collection Bookings’ spreadsheet located at \\carnivaluk.com\Depts\Common\SSO-Facilities\2 Year Retention Folder\CARNIVAL HOUSE COLLECTION BOOKINGS

N.B. If you do not have access to the shared drive please contact your manager for support.

Please note there is a minimum 3 day SLA from booking before collections can be made.  If requirement is urgent please email reception@carnivalukgroup.com

 

  1. Facilities will gather personal effects identified on form

2.1 Facilities to following Public Health guidelines, wearing appropriate PPE during this activity

2.1(a) If items cannot be located Facilities to contact employee at time.

 

  1. Following health and social distancing guidance at all times, please collect personal effects and return Carnival UK property 

3.1 Enter premises using service yard entrance (will be marked out with waiting areas etc)

3.1a Employee to enter into car park (in vehicle or on foot), swipe pass (to identify them) and wait in designated parking space.

3.1b Facilities (positioned in Dockmaster) will have items ready for collection in-line with selected time slot

3.1c Employee to pick up items from collection table.

3.1d If items are to be returned, employee to leave these on the returns table.

3.2 Returned items to be clearly labelled and stored.

 

4 Confirmation of collection of personal effects and return of Carnival UK property

4.1 Facilities to update records confirming items have been collected and email employee to confirm.

4.2 Employee should respond to email if they have any queries.
