Hosted by the Mental Health Foundation, Mental Health Awareness Week takes place from 18-24 May 2020. This year’s theme is kindness.

During the times we are in, kindness to ourselves, others and our communities is so important to support our wellbeing and the wellbeing of those around us.

In conjunction with Mental Health Awareness Week Nuffield Health have released a useful guide to kindness to support everyone in checking in on their week, reflecting on what is going well, and making time to prioritise themselves. This can be used at any time, as and when you find it useful.
