Over the past few weeks we’ve adjusted well to remote working as Carnival House and The Academy remain closed to all colleagues. You are no doubt aware that on Sunday evening the UK Government shared its plans to start easing the high level restrictions.
We wanted to reassure you that the guidance we have received from the Government is that everyone should continue to work from home if at all possible. Our current view is that Carnival House will begin to open late summer/early autumn, which we will of course continue to review in line with our operational pause. In the meantime work is underway to understand what changes will be required to the office and our ways of working before this time to ensure we return to a safe working environment. We are being guided by Government requirements but also looking at best practice from across industries to ensure, in the future, we not only work differently but also better.
Whilst we continue to successfully work remotely, we will provide continued support for you all. Whether this be supporting your workplace comfort, your health and wellbeing, or providing technology solutions. Please continue to utilise the support and guidance for working remotely on The Insider.
