We are inviting you to take some time to complete a survey following on from our eNPS, so we can understand some more about one of the key trends raised which was communication. We understand in these times, the way we communicate is different from normal and the style and frequency you may want to hear from your Senior Leadership Team may have changed significantly. We therefore want to understand the requirement from you as it stands today. We would also like to understand a little more about how you are getting on with being at home and if there is anything that can be done to help you during this time.
This survey will close on Sunday 3 May. All responses are completely anonymous and will only be shared with the EEG members and then the Shared Services Senior Leadership Team. Everything featured will be considered and heard. We will present all responses to the SLT by 15th May, with a view to sharing publicly by the end of May.
