The results are in! The quarterly Values Awards winners have been decided! Well done to everyone who was nominated we had over 38 nominations which is a huge success!

Winnerers

Louise Gould

Louise received three nominations which applaud her for her hard work on delivering the Atrium furniture refresh. The new space has been so popular with colleagues and reduces the reliance on meeting rooms and I think we can all agree that it looks wonderful. Louise has also been nominated for her work with Academy staff. Several manual handling risks were identified to Louise, she quickly gathered the relevant people to look at these challenges and worked out a way to address them. The Academy team were very impressed with Louise’s quick turnaround on increasing the safety and working conditions for the Academy Staff. Well done Louise!

Molly Wotman

Molly has been nominated because of her cheerful and happy approach she takes to her job in People Support as well as having expert knowledge in all things People related. She always gives her time and attention to ensure that issues are resolved quickly even if she is really busy and with a smile on her face. Thank you Molly!

Melroy D’Chuna

Melroy has been nominated 5 times this quarter! One nomination said ‘I have never worked with someone so determined to help every individual he comes across’ another said ‘Melroy goes above and beyond for all new hires, crew, stakeholders and colleagues’. In all five nominations Melroy’s friendliness and passion to deliver excellence was highlighted. Well done Melroy

Jordan Vosloo

Jordan received three nominations all commenting on the excellent service he provides working in Cunard Guest Relations. He maintains effective relationships with the teams on board the fleet and with his colleagues in the office. His determination and dedication to Cunard is outstanding and he should feel very proud of the high standards he is displaying both to our Guests and colleagues.

Sahil Agnigotri

Sahil stepped up and massively supported the business in and outside of the Coronavirus Working Group. He has ensured that we are kept updated, working closely with Corporate Communications team as well as sending Communications to Guest, crew and shore staff. He has been a SME in the room and kept calm under a lot of pressure.

Howard Towl

Howard has been recognised for working extra hard and volunteering to work early or late and to come in on his days off. Howard came into the office on his day off to meet a guest in Reception to go through the booking process and assure them every step of the way. He is first to put his hand up to support. Thank you

Matt Taylor

Matt has been nominated because he, at the last minute, stepped up and delivered an important medical testing kit to Britannia which entailed a 28 hour round trip!

Steve Cuzner

Steve has been recognised because of his work in helping create automated spreadsheets that was used by the Reward team. This work saved the Shore admin team days worth of work meaning the team could focus on other tasks during the busier than normal period. By sharing his skills to help another team he has shown that we are Better Together

Dan Jones

Dan’s support to the Contact Centre has been recognised by his colleagues. The nomination states that Dan’s ability to support, his knowledge and reassuring both employees and guest was outstanding and beyond the expectations.
