On Tuesday 11 February, the 2019 Team Cunard Million Makers celebrated their amazing achievements at the annual Million Makers Finale Awards in London.

Prince’s Trust Ambassadors AJ and Curtis Pritchard presented the awards with the 13 companies taking part in the South East Million Makers competition finding out they had raised an incredible £1.54 million for The Trust!
Our brilliant Team Cunard did a fantastic job and raised an amazing £28,313.68 from just £1500 seed funding and the team were nominated for three awards on the night, the Team Triumph Award, the Transformation Award and Team Captain Ruth Buckle nominated in the Outstanding Individual category.
We’re absolutely delighted that Team Cunard won the Transformation Award! This new award recognises a team who have embraced the Million Makers culture of learning and development, invested in its members, and leveraged new skills to reach personal and collective achievements. This year’s team worked closely with the CUK Learning and Development team to further develop the Million Makers challenge as a learning opportunity, creating a legacy for future teams! Well done to all involved!
