Assistant Manager, Recruitment
What are your responsibilities?
As a part of the fab recruitment team, I connect with aspirants who wish to make a career with our company. 
I contribute to designing and implementing the over-all recruitment strategy in order to source, attract, evaluate and offer suitable candidates for opportunities with our brands. We also manage the offer through on-boarding process and ensure that our recruits are travel-ready and equipped.
What do you enjoy about your job?
I am delighted to be able to connect and place a talented individual to his/her desired area of work. In other words – identifying and placing the right person for the right job.
What is your dream destination?
I’d love to go on a World Cruise with my wife, Sanya and our pet toy poodle, Muffin.
What is your guilty pleasure?
I can finish an entire tub of chocolate brownie ice-cream without batting an eyelid. …(Oops, did I just say that?)
