- These are then reviewed at business area level where a winner and two runners up will be chosen
- The winners from each business area are then reviewed by the ELT for an overall quarterly winner to be celebrated
- At the end of 2020, the four quarterly winners, chosen by ELT, will then be shared with Carnival House for you to choose your 2020 winner
