We’re delighted to welcome our new starters for January, all of which will be based in the Southampton office:
Alex Francis, Senior PMO Analyst, joined us on 6th January from Carnival UK’s Maritime Department where he has worked for the past four and a half years in a number of different roles.
In his Carnival UK role, as senior analyst, within Carnival UK’s Continuous Improvement Team, he has developed performance reporting, project governance, program management processes and the process of managing risks and opportunities associated with project delivery. Alex brings with him some very relevant experience and knowledge from Carnival UK on a range of PMO related activities.
Kevin Puzicha, Senior Marine Engineer, Environmental & Special Projects, joined us on 20th January. He has over 20 years’ experience within marine, mechanical and electrical roles for a variety of organisations with a strong focus on the use of gas as both a cargo and a fuel. This varied career has allowed him to gain expertise in Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) technologies. Kevin’s current role is with RINA, the classification society where he holds the position of Gas Expert and Marine Surveyor and has already spent time working on the XL class of ship.
Andrew Hardiman, Outfitting Engineer, joined us on 27th January with over 18 years of engineering experience and a proven track record in successful project management, Andrew is not new to many of the Carnival brands.
Since October 2018, Andrew has been working as a Project Manager within the Technology Department of Carnival UK delivering new technology initiatives to vessels in the fleets of both P&O Cruises and Cunard.
