Shared Services are looking for new members to join the Employee Experience Group. We are looking for members across all areas of Shared Services to represent their teams and provide a voice for our people.

This is a really exciting opportunity to represent your colleagues and Shared Services.

As Employee Experience group representatives, you will play an active role in exploring and voicing the opinions and ideas of your colleagues to make Carnival UK a great place to work. You will develop action plans in conjunction SSO Senior Leaders, and the colleagues they represent to make improvements to the employee experience within our area, and wider business. You will seek feedback from your colleagues, and track and monitor available data, to ensure actions are having the desired effect on the employee experience and our goal to be Travel’s Employer of Choice.
