While you’re finalising your Year-End conversations, reflecting on the past year, it’s time to start considering what your focus should be moving forward into 2020 and set SMART goals to be agreed with your manager. This is also a great opportunity to consider your own personal development goals.
As for last year, your goals should be entered within the Career and Performance section of myHR portal. There’s a new look and feel to this section – we hope you like it! You’ll need to have your goals added, aligned, approved and submitted by Tuesday 31 December. Please note this will be live from Monday at 11:00.
