Quarter 3 Values Awards for SSO

The results are in and we have our winners of the Quarter 3 Values Awards for Shared Services!

Shared Services:

• SSO winner & overall Carnival UK Winner – Matt Lloyd (Planning and Compliance Manager, On Board Revenue)

Matt reveived three nominations for the Q3 Awards! Matt has shown great determination, flexibility and dedication towards the team. He is consistently positive, helpful and generous with his time. He has found ways of making the team’s lives easier by developing reports that didn’t exist before. Over and above this, he makes sure each of us feel supported and he will always make himself available for others. He assisted a team member with a Business Case and they said ‘without his support I could not have produced the level of work I did.’ Matt turly embodies the essence of team spirit and selflessness.

• Runner Up – Alison Hussey

• Runner Up – Jon Leyman

• Team Winner – People Services ERO Team – Lynn Cossey, Lisa Draper, Gemma Mattingly, Andy Upham, Emma Tongs, Ross Shaddick-Coe & Durgesh Rane

 

Contact Centre:

• Winner – Jayesh Ganat (Personal Cruise Advisor)

Jayesh received two nominations this quarter. Jayesh was asked to lead the support for the 20 plus volunteers for the Contact Centre during the Dubai and Arabian Golf (DAG) announcement. He handled this difficult task patiently and professionally. He worked additional hours and was always on hand to take on escalations. Jayesh was a huge help and really demonstrated his commitment to the company values.

• Runner Up – Becca Dunn

• Runner Up – Sam Emm

• Team Winner – CCO Training Team- Carlene Proud, Deborah Field, Scott Burnett, Emma Hawkins & Andrea Reeves

 

Technology:

• Winner – Ben Hobbs (End User Computing Lead Specialist, Technology)

Ben received three nominations for his assistance during the DAG announcement where he worked to support the Contact Centre with all their technology issues. Ben worked additional hours to ensure he was always on hand with support all while he had a smile on his face. One nomination states how Ben always explains how the problems arise and how he resolves them and then answers any questions you have. Ben has been patient, helpful and very flexible. His support has been amazing.

• Runner Up – Rob Good

• Team Winner – End User Computing Team – Scott Pelvin, Brandon del Rosario, Aaron Fry, Damian Holberry, Matt Krebs, Ben Hobbs & Matt Williams
