Each month Chris Lees and his leadership team host a welcome meeting for new Shared Services team members. This includes new starters and those who have joined Shared Services from another department.

Integrating our new SSO team members is a great way to take on Chris’ challenges, so why not give it a go?
- Have a coffee with a colleague (you don’t know) from a different Shared Services department, to find out more about the area they work in.
- Invite someone from another Shared Services department into your team meeting or get invited to another Shared Services department’s team meeting.
- Work in a hot desk area in another Shared Services department and introduce yourself to colleagues on the desks nearby.
