In June we ran our Quarterly Pulse Survey asking you to tell us all about working at Carnival UK – we achieved this year’s highest eNPS! (Employee Net Promoter Score). So what are the things you felt most passionately about when completing that survey?

You talk about Carnival UK being a great place to work, where you feel valued and listened to, where you get to work with amazing people, and that our evolving People focus is making a difference in how you feel about work.
What you think we can do better
We’ve still got some things to work on – ensuring consistency in policy implementation, keeping the conversation going around career progression and helping you access development opportunities, and making sure we communicate better across the business and between departments.
It’s almost time for our next Quarterly Pulse Survey and as always, we value your feedback. So how have we done in the last three months? How are you? We really want to know! Not only will your responses tell us how we are doing right now as a whole business, but individual departments use their responses to determine areas of focus. We also look at trends over all of the Pulse surveys to see where things are changing – your feedback is helping drive where those changes happen!
The Pulse Survey will run 25 September to midnight 1 October and, as well as the normal questions, we’re asking you to share some extra information about yourself.
