In support of our regular one-to-one conversations we have with our line manager throughout the year, we are pleased to confirm the Q3 Enabling Conversation process is open from today until the 6 September.

As a reminder, the Q3 conversations we hold with our line manager provide us with time and space to reflect on the past quarter in regards to what has gone well, what hasn’t gone as well, recognise your achievements and consider what you need to focus on in Q4.

The Q3 enabling conversations will feed into our annual performance review meeting and ratings, so we encourage you to take the opportunity to fully prepare for your Q3 meeting and continue to be open to giving and receiving feedback.

Here’s what you’ll need to do in myHR portal for your Q3 Enabling Conversation:

  1. Create your Enabling Conversation Document by going to: Career and Performance>Performance Evaluations>Add Anytime Document>Q3 Pulse Check/Enabling Conversation 2019
  2. Complete the four questions in good time before the meeting with your manager and submit the document
  3. Your line manager will then add their comments to the Enabling Conversation document (this can be done during or after the conversation). Once they’ve submitted the document, the process is complete
