To support our commitment to belonging and inclusion, our Fleet Equality and Inclusion policy & Fleet Transgender Equality and Transitioning at Work policies are now live. These policies demonstrate how we provide equality and fairness for all colleagues working in our Fleet, and explain our commitment and support to our colleagues who may want to / already identify as transgender or non-binary.
