Last week our P&O Cruises Employee Experience group met for the first time to start exploring the eNPS survey results for our shoreside colleagues.
This group is made up of 11 nominated Champions from across the P&O Cruises teams. The champions are Alice King, Beck Rich, Hannah Matthews, Jack Madgwick, Jenny Lyons, Katherine Harriet Reese, Michelle Bird, Natalie Conway, Neal Hussey, Ruth Venn and Tom Andrews.
Using the eNPS Pulse survey to provide areas of focus, these Champions will be out and about talking to colleagues and using feedback to really understand the story behind the data. Our champions will also act as the ‘ears and voice’ of their team members to gain an understanding of any common topics that concern them.They will then propose and help deliver a series of action plans to address these areas, alongside senior leaders, to improve employee experience. Once those are agreed they’ll share circulate this information and outputs from these meetings back to the team members they represent.
