On 6 August we’re expecting over 750 of you to join us for the day at Seaside in the Square – we can’t wait to see you all.

Dress for the Summer

For one day only, we’re relaxing our Carnival UK dress code to allow you to enjoy the event and beach experience to the fullest by inviting you to wear sportswear, shorts and flip flops if you wish. We have lots of activities and performers booked, all ready to entertain you. To help you make the most of the day take a look at our main line up below.

Breakfast on the Beach (08:00 – 09:00)

08:00 – 08:30 Yoga on the beach 
08:30 – 08:45 Meditation 
08:30 – 09:00 Breakfast on the Beach (a selection of pastries, smoothies and porridge)

Family Session (09:00 – 11:00 or 14:00 – 16:00)

09:00 – 11:00 Arts and Crafts with Solent Showcase or 14:00 – 16:00
09:30 – 10:30 Pirate Performance or 14:30 – 15:30
10:00 – 11:00 Treasure hunt or 15:00 – 16:00

Wellness Session (11.30 – 13.30)

11.45 – 12:30 Beach Fitness
11.45 – 12.30 Yoga on the beach

Chill out Party (16:30 – 18:30)

16:30 – 18:30 Drinks reception with Britvic
16:30 – 18:30 Ibiza chill – DJ

Carnival Night (19:00 – 22:00)

19:30 – 21:30 – Drinks reception with Britvic
21:00 – Finale performance
21:30 – Last orders with Orange rooms

To add an element of surprise we’ve also kept a few bookings up our sleeve – find out more on the day!

Stay hydrated

To keep you refreshed we’ll have complimentary soft drinks available at all sessions courtesy of Britvic. We will also have Orange rooms on site from 12:00 until 21:30 serving a selection of chargeable soft drinks and alcoholic options from 16:30. 

While we’ll have vendors selling snacks such as ice cream, in support of the local restaurants that surround the Seaside in the Square venue, we won’t be serving food. Instead we’ve secured discounted offers from the surrounding restaurants and will be advertising these on the day. You’re more than welcome to bring food on site however for the safety of all please do not bring any glass items with you.

Join us at Seaside in the Square, spin the wheel of fortune and take home a special prize from yummy snacks to unforgettable experiences. 

Make sure you collect your wristbands from the Seaside in the Square stall on either Friday 2 August 12:30 – 14:00 or Monday 5 August 12:30 – 14:00. The team will check you in, provide you with your wristband and answer any questions you have.

If you’re unable to collect your wristbands at either of these sessions don’t panic, we’ll have a late check in marquee at the event on 6 August, however to minimise queues please don’t rely on this if you can collect your wristbands in advance. Anyone collecting wristbands on the day will need to bring their tickets with them.
